Brian Carlson has been in Marketing and Business Development since 1997 for both large corporations and smaller businesses, primarily in the financial services industry. His experience has required him to build Marketing and Advertising functions from the ground up on two different occasions, focusing on streamlined and efficient operations. In addition, he has been involved in the development and rollout of new brand identities.
Marketing & Communication:
Brian’s extensive experience in direct marketing campaigns, collateral development, web initiatives, media relations and various other advertising and communication projects helps him meet the unique goals of businesses in many different industries.
Strategic Planning:
Having produced strategic marketing plans for various business units has given Brian the know-how to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing objectives. In the mortgage industry, for example, the plans required a great deal of flexibility so adjustments could be made to react to changes in the marketplace.
Technology & Project Management:
In the past, Brian has leveraged resources made available through relationships with corporations’ E-business groups for various technology projects. When these resources were not available, he looked to “off-the-shelf” solutions or consultants to complete the technology based projects. By aligning himself with the Injenium talent, he can now offer those services from a team he can rely on to provide the custom solutions his clients require.
