The Injenium Team

Injenium was formed by five highly talented individuals, each bringing something unique to the table. In fact, our name was derived from the Greek word “ingenium”, which means “talent.” However, to emphasize our unique approach to providing business solutions, we changed the “g” to a “j” to convey the idea we simply do not follow the crowd. It is this notion that motivates the team and allows us to work in a creative, synergistic environment.

We do agree that sometimes our approach requires us to take a step back and follow a well used path to meet a client’s business objectives. “We love to be creative and try to out-think each other,” noted Brian Emde, “but we realize that occasionally a more traditional solution is best for certain customers.”
